The Federal Minister of Culture and Sports, Sanja Vlaisavljević, attended the reception on the occasion of the 50th birthday of the Croatian Basketball Club “Široki”, one of the largest basketball clubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was held on Thursday, 12 September 2024, at the Mepas Hotel in Mostar.
The reception was held as a part of the programme marking the jubilee birthday of the Club, the holder of as many as ten championship titles of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Club monograph “Pride of the City of Široki” by Miljenko Karačić was promoted on the same day. The peak of the celebration programme will be the memorial tournament in the sports hall “Pecara”.
