The Assistant Minister for Culture and Cultural-Historical Heritage, Mirela Milićević Šečić, met with the members of the Organising Committee of the Festival titled Sevdalinko u srcu te nosim: Ramiz Milkunić, President of the Music Artists’ Association of Tuzla, Izudin Kapetanović, Prof.Dr., member of the Organising Committee and Dejan Milkunić, Artistic Director of the Festival.

They discussed the success of the Sevdalinka Festival in the past 16 years of its existence and numerous activities aimed at promoting this traditional musical form. The Festival has become recognisable not only in Tuzla, where many sevdalinka lovers have been following it year after year, but also beyond. This year, a series of activities, such as concerts, workshops and lectures, are planned to be held as a part of the Festival.
