On 17 July 2025, a meeting was held in the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports with Kenan Nizić, a representative of the Artikulacija Association, on the occasion of the successful two-day, annual rock/heavy metal music festival “Eternal Flame”. The Festival is supported through a Public Call for the distribution of a part of the income generated from fees for organising games of chance, for the area “Promoting Culture”.

This year, the Festival took place on 18 and 19 April in the amphitheater of the Youth Center, and in addition to local bands, there were also guests from the Netherlands, England, Turkey, Germany and Croatia. It is expected that in the coming years this manifestation will gather an even greater number of bands and visitors and strengthen the status of a European festival.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the Ministry by Bjanka Alajbegović, Senior Expert for Theater, Film and Music.
