The Federal Minister of Culture and Sports met with the director Branko Perić, author of the “Diva” movie, which was shown at the prestigious Festival in Cannes this year. During the conversation, the importance of supporting domestic cinematography, the role of film art in preserving the cultural identity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the necessity of institutional support for authors whose works contributed to the affirmation of Bosnian art on the world stage were highlighted.

The minister praised the success of the film and congratulated the team on the international recognition, stressing that such projects represented an important contribution to the promotion of Bosnian culture. The conversation was concluded with a joint effort to further strengthen the film industry in BiH through systemic support and improvement of conditions for future productions.
