On 10 September 2025, a meeting was organized at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports between Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević and Assistant Minister in the Youth Sector, Adis Salkić, with representatives of the Committee on Youth Affairs of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On behalf of the Committee, the meeting at the Ministry was attended by: Chairwoman of the Committee Adisa Kokić Hinović, Deputy Chairwoman Marijana Hrvić Šikuljak, Secretary to the Youth Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Irma Rašidović, Head of Strategic Programme Management of the Institute for Youth Development KULT Jasmina Banjalučkić, Secretary to the Committee Almedina Brka-Livnjak and member Esma Latić.

The occasion for the meeting was a series of consultations of the Commission with representatives of competent institutions for youth issues preceding the thematic session on the position of youth in the FBiH, organized by the Commission in cooperation with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, the Institute for Youth Development KULT and representatives of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As the guests pointed out, the topics in focus were security, social welfare, employment, health, education and youth activism. The meeting participants discussed the model of support and cooperation of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports as the relevant Ministry at the Federation level in the aforementioned segments.

The guests thanked the Minister for the open and constructive cooperation with the Ministry, which as they emphasized had been wished-for for years, and then presented current activities, plans, as well as concerns and proposals for cooperation in the upcoming period.

The guests also congratulated the Minister for having, for the first time, managed to have the Regulation on the Establishment of the Youth Council of the Federation of BiH adopted.

With the statement that the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports is firmly committed to the finalization of the Youth Strategy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which a lot of effort has been invested, the meeting ended with the message of Minister Vlaisavljević that the doors of the Ministry were always open to young people and she encouraged them not to hesitate to present constructive ideas and proposals, which would contribute to improving the position of young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in order to find joint solutions with common resources.

With the announcement that the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports will soon start a new project, a podcast, dedicated mainly to young, promising and successful people who have something to say and show, the guests are invited, on behalf of all the young people they represent, to suggest names that will be invited to speak for the podcast and in this way inform the general public about their work and activities and send messages that they want to be heard.
