Jasna Mavrić, Assistant Minister in the Youth Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, attended a meeting today in the premises of the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the topic “Inclusion in the implementation of the CAF model (Common Assessment Framework) – the European model for quality management in the public sector”.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports is the first of the federal ministries to receive an invitation to participate in the implementation of this model, which represents a significant step forward in the direction of improving quality management and strengthening institutional capacities.

The meeting was attended by the director of the FBiH Civil Service Agency, Reuf Begić, and Agency employees Amina Bajraktarević and Samra Ljuca, and the modalities and next steps in the process of implementing the CAF model in the work of the Ministry were discussed.
