The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports information about scholarships for study at accredited higher education institutions in Romania, which are awarded to foreign citizens through a competition based on the current regulations of Romania. Scholarships are intended for foreign citizens from all countries outside the European Union.

Registration begins on February 16, 2026, and the deadline for submitting applications is March 31, 2026.
