On 4 February 2026, an inspection was made of the position and current condition of one of the entrance doors to Mula Mustafa Bašeskije Street 27, and for reasons of resolution according to the submitted file of the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning. Along with the request, documentation was submitted requesting ongoing maintenance, a preliminary estimate and estimate of the works. On the request from the FMPU, number 25 was indicated instead of number 27.

On the spot, it was determined that the door was in bad condition, a high-value asset of the commercial-residential building by Josip Vancaš. It was also determined that there are two more doors that are used by PUK Water and Sewerage. It was found that the building has original windows on the ground floor, as well as original steel shutters.
