The Office for European Integration of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent information on the continuation of the consultation process for the final review and confirmation of the IPA 2026 actions/action files for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the delivery of new information on the status of the IPA 2025-2027 programming.

The European Commission has informed the IPA beneficiary countries that it expects to adopt the Financial Decision for the IPA 2025-2027 package, which in the annex has all the Action documents for the IPA beneficiary countries (one Financial Decision for all IPA countries of the Western Balkans), by the end of July this year.

Actions from IPA 2026 and 2027 will be confirmed annually through a letter of notification, i.e. through an exchange of letters. The European Commission has announced to the IPA beneficiary countries that in the period July – September, internal consultations of additional review and confirmation/validation of the IPA 2026 Action Sheets will need to continue, with the aim of their finalization and formalization. The plan is to complete the entire process of confirmation and finalization of the IPA 2026 Action Sheets by January 2026.
