In the period from 8 May to 14 May 2023 the following articles were published on the web-site of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports:

    • Since 2003, when the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared 10 May the International Day of Physical Activity, i.e. the Move for Health Day, this date is used for raising public awareness of the importance and benefits of regular physical activity.

     

    • Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević received in her office the artist Hanna Dujmović from Sarajevo, on which occasion they discussed possible modes of overcoming the bureaucratic obstacles in the process of exporting works of art from Bosnia and Herzegovina that sometimes render it impossible for BiH artists to organise exhibitions abroad.

     

    Hanna Dujmović has been preparing an exhibition of paintings from the cycle “Joy of Living” to be held in Belgrade, in the “ŠTAB” Gallery, on 23 May 2023.

    • Director of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments, Ante Vujnović, attended the formal reception organized by the Head of the EU Delegation and the EU Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Johann Sattler, in the new “Europe House” in Sarajevo, on the occasion of the Europe Day (9 May).

     

    • The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, headed by Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević, most warmly congratulates the Handball National Team of Bosnia and Herzegovina for having qualified for the European Championship and wishes them success in the upcoming matches.

    The opponents of our country’s best handball players at the European Championship, that will be held in Germany in January 2024, will be national teams from Sweden, Netherlands and Georgia.
