It is with special pleasure that I extend my congratulations and sincere gratitude for the invitation to present a representative edition and to participate in the special hall “Gate of Knowledge” at the 37th International Book Fair The Path of the Book, within which a new strategic program dedicated to institutions of knowledge, science, and cultural heritage is also being introduced.
This event goes beyond the usual framework of book fairs and reaffirms that the book remains the fundamental meeting place of knowledge, research, and cultural memory. The presentation of the representative edition, as well as the new strategic program, sends a strong message about the need for systematic care of institutions that preserve, create, and transmit knowledge to future generations.
In times of rapid change, investment in science, education, and cultural heritage represents the firmest foundation of sustainable social development. Therefore, I personally welcome the initiative that strategically considers the strengthening of these institutions and encourages their visibility, networking, and long-term stability.
I thank the organizers for their trust and for creating space for dialogue on key issues of cultural and educational policy. I congratulate you on the successful realization of the program and wish all participants inspired discussions, fruitful encounters, and new joint projects.
