On 14 February 2025, a meeting was held in the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports between Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević and representatives of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Izeta Rađo, the President and Said Fazlagić, Secretary General. Adnan Džindo, Assistant Minister for Sports, attended the meeting on behalf of the Ministry.

Rađo and Fazlagić presented the proposal, which the Olympic Committee sent to the Government of the Federation of BiH, requesting annual financial support in the amount of KM 500,000 KM, which would be “invested exclusively in Olympians and top athletes of BiH, and promising young Olympians with the goal of having as many Olympians with A norm as possible at the next winter and summer Olympic Games and potentially winning an Olympic medal.”

Minister Vlaisavljević said that the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports would continue providing support to Olympians and top athletes in accordance with its capabilities, expressing the belief that this would be the basis for many more successful and positive sports stories.
