Employees of the Institute for the Monuments’ Protection, at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, attended on 16 October 2025 the opening of the poster exhibition titled “Cultural Heritage of the Institutions of Herzegovina in the Documents of the Archives of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (1955-1965)” at the premises of the Bosniak Institute in Sarajevo. At the opening ceremony, the attendees were addressed by the Federal Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Dr. Jasna Duraković, Director of the Bosniak Institute, Amina Rizvanbegović Džuvić, Director of the Archives of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Amir Kadribegović, and Expert Associate of the Archives of tje Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Irma Šabanović.
The poster exhibition presents the cultural and artistic life of Mostar and the wider part of Herzegovina in the period from 1955 to 1965. The exhibition presents an artistic, graphic, social, and historical account of the activities of institutions in the middle of the last century. In this context, the exhibition demonstrates the Archives’ efforts to present its rich collection of original posters to the wider public.
