Dear Organizers,

I would like to extend my sincere congratulations on the opening of the exhibition of artistic works created in the Sculpture and Painting Colony “1500 Years Old Kaštela Olive Tree”, a project that has been gathering prominent academic artists inspired by the exceptional natural and cultural heritage of Dalmatia for many years.

This unique artistic initiative testifies to the enduring connection between man and nature, but also to the power of artistic expression that grows from such inspiration. The Kaštela olive tree, as a symbol of longevity, constancy and life, inspires creativity that connects the past and the present, tradition and contemporary artistic expression.

The works created in this colony do not only represent an artistic contribution, but also a valuable record of the identity of the space and time in which they were created. This exhibition further confirms the importance of preserving and promoting cultural and natural heritage through art as a universal language of understanding and dialogue.
