I send you sincere congratulations on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition “Tambora tradition in Pljevlja”, organized by the Center for the Preservation and Development of Minority Culture of Montenegro.

This exhibition highlights the richness and diversity of musical heritage in a special way, reminding of the important role of the tambura tradition in shaping cultural identity and community. The tambourine, as a symbol of musical expression, has been connecting people, conveying emotions and preserving memories for centuries, and its presence in Pljevlja testifies to deep cultural ties and mutual influences in the area of ​​Southeastern Europe.

Of particular value is the activity of institutions that systematically work to preserve and promote the culture of minorities, contributing to the richness of the overall cultural image and strengthening intercultural dialogue. Projects like this confirm the importance of respecting diversity as the foundation of a modern and open society.
