The BiH skier Anur Mehić won the first place in slalom (U16) at the prestigious Whistler Cup Children FIS competition, which gathers the best young skiers from all over the world in the U14 and U16 categories and is considered the most important youth skiing competition in North America.

In the past years, Anur Mehić has built a reputation as one of the most talented young skiers, with a series of impressive successes both domestically and internationally.

According to the “Naš tim” Ski Club, this victory is the crowning glory of his cadet skiing career, as Anur will move to the FIS senior competition programme from next season.
