The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports sends sincere congratulations to the juniors of the Judo Club Borsa from Mostar and the Judo Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the extraordinary success achieved at the Junior African Cup in Casablanca.
The medals won and top results, among which the gold medal of Rino Vrljić in the +100 kg category, as well as the club’s double success in the category up to 78 kg, in which Korina Džidić won the gold and Johanna Elisabeth Klinger the silver medal, are a confirmation of dedicated work, sports excellence and continuous development of young athletes.
Thanks to these exceptional results, the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina took a high third place in the overall standings, behind Canada and Estonia, in the competition of more than 30 national teams from Africa, Asia and Europe, thus promoting our country and Bosnian sports on the international scene in a dignified way.
The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports is proud of the success of the young athletes of the Borsa Judo Club, their coaches and professional team, and wishes them much success and sporting achievements in the continuation of the competitive season.
