At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, two new traditional elements “The Spring Dawn – Čimburijada of Zenica” and “Kajganijada of Travnik” were entered on the Preliminary List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports entered two new traditional elements: on the Preliminary list of intangible cultural heritage of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina: “The Spring dawn – Čimburijada of Zenica” and ”Kajganijada of Travnik”.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports sent the initiative to the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of applying for and registering two new traditional elements on the Preliminary List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the session held on 11 February 2025, the State Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina for UNESCO adopted a decision to update the Preliminary List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the new elements.
