A festival of the ancient history and tradition was opened in the village of Mokro near Široki Brijeg and will last 2 days.

Fans of the Roman culture had an opportunity to watch gladiator fights, the Roman army, dances, ancient craft workshops and enjoy the tasting of dishes from the Roman Empire era.

The Herzegovinian village of Mokro was transformed into a colorful replica of a Roman settlement, which was met with enthusiasm by all the participants involved.

The event is organised by the residents of the village of Mokro and the associations: ”LOM”, ”Zaklada Vitko” and ”HKUD Mokro”.
