Within the framework of the Action Plan of visits to the beneficiaries of approved funds, Sanja Arnautović, Head of the Department for Institutions and Associations in the Field of Culture in the Division of Culture of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, carried out on 11 November 2025 supervision of the implementation of the project titled Voice of the Community – Promotion of Palestinian Culture and Support through Integration of the beneficiary Association for Education, Creative Entrepreneurship and Affirmation “Šefice” Sarajevo, supported from the Ministry’s Transfer for Culture of Importance to the Federation of BiH, Program 2: Co-financing of Projects of National Minorities.

The project Voice of the Community – Promotion of Palestinian Culture and Support through Integration is focused on affirming Palestinian cultural heritage, strengthening the visibility of minority communities, and fostering intercultural understanding and integration through artistic and educational content. The project is currently in progress.

The main event of the project will be an exhibition by Palestinian artist Manar Hamad, scheduled for 10 December 2025, which will present visual and cultural elements of Palestinian identity through contemporary artistic expression.

During the supervision, the beneficiary provided available materials related to preparatory activities, including media releases, promotional announcements, and the programme content plan, thereby confirming that the project was being implemented properly and in accordance with the realisation plan.

Upon completion of the project activities, the Association “Šefice” Sarajevo will submit to the Ministry the complete financial documentation along with a narrative report, in line with contractual obligations and prescribed deadlines, no later than 31 December 2025.

The project Voice of the Community – Promotion of Palestinian Culture and Support through Integration contributes to intercultural exchange, the promotion of cultural diversity, and the strengthening of the role of national minorities in the cultural life of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
