Within the Action Plan for visits to beneficiaries of approved funds, Hanadin Basarić, Youth Associations Officer at the Youth Division of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, carried out a field visit to the “Abduco” Association on 2 December 2025. The purpose of the visit was to review documentation and activities related to the implementation of the project The Importance of Public Relations for Implementing Youth Policies in the Federation of BiH, which the Ministry supported with 10,000.00 KM.

During the meeting with the authorized representative and project manager, the Ministry’s representative was presented with the project’s goals and activities aimed at empowering young people in the areas of communication, media literacy, and public advocacy. In this way, young people were provided with practical knowledge and skills that strengthen their ability to actively participate in social processes and contribute to the development of youth policies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The project implemented the following activities:

– A preparatory and promotional phase was carried out, including the creation of promotional materials and a digital campaign targeting young people and institutions.

– Educational workshops were held in the fields of communication, media literacy, and public advocacy, tailored to the needs of young participants.

– Events for active youth engagement were organized, where participants expressed their views, presented proposals, and engaged in dialogue with institutional representatives.

– A project evaluation was conducted, feedback was collected, and the overall effectiveness of the implemented activities was analyzed.

The project established strong cooperation with local institutions and organizations, ensuring the long-term sustainability of its results. More than 30 young people were actively involved in planning and implementing future activities through a transparent selection process and by taking on responsibilities within organizational teams, becoming key partners in the development of new initiatives.

A review of the financial documentation confirmed that all project activities are being successfully implemented, in accordance with the planned timeline and approved funds.
