As a part of the Action Plan for visits to the beneficiaries of the allocated funds from the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Sanja Arnautović, Head of the Department for Institutions and Associations in the Field of Culture within the Division for Culture, conducted a field inspection on 8 October 2025, at the Youth Theatre “Korifej” in Novi Travnik.

The purpose of the inspection was to review documentation related to the implementation of the project “INBOX – Regional Theatre Festival,” co-financed by the Ministry.

During the inspection, the beneficiary presented a part of the documentation, which was properly maintained and contained the required information on the implementation of project activities and the use of funds, in accordance with contractual obligations and prescribed reporting standards.

It was determined that the project had been implemented in line with the planned activities, and the beneficiary will submit the complete documentation to the Ministry by 31 December 2025, including both narrative and financial reports on the project’s implementation.

This activity is a part of the Ministry’s regular monitoring efforts aimed at overseeing the implementation of co-financed projects, ensuring transparency and purposeful use of budget funds, and strengthening cooperation with cultural entities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
