As a part of the Action Plan for visits to the beneficiaries of the approved funds, Adnan Bektić, Senior Advisor for the Youth Sector at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a field visit on 3 October 2025, to the Institute for Youth Development “KULT” in Sarajevo. The purpose of the visit was to review documentation related to the implementation of the project “Learning from One Another – Youth Officers in the Field,” which was supported by the Ministry in the amount of 9,000.00 BAM.

During the visit, representatives of the Institute for Youth Development “KULT” informed the Ministry representative about the goals and activities of the project, which was designed to strengthen capacities and promote the exchange of best practices among local government units in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This innovative programme enables youth officers to enhance their competencies and apply newly acquired knowledge in their own communities through structured observation of work in other local settings and informal professional development based on mutual learning and experience sharing.
