As a part of the Action Plan for visits to the beneficiaries of the approved funds, Hanadin Basarić, Advisor for Youth Associations in the Youth Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a field visit on 7 October 2025, to the Association “Creative Atelier” from Mostar. The purpose of the visit was to review documentation related to the implementation of the project workshop “Young people, the Art is Joy,” supported by the Ministry in the amount of 10,000.00 BAM.

The project brought together around 20 young participants who took part in the workshop. Through the final exhibition and promotional activities, the project connected young people from multiple local communities, encouraging creative expression and mutual collaboration.

Following the review of available documentation and submitted photographs from the workshop, it was determined that the project was successfully implemented and that young people were actively engaged in artistic activities.

In accordance with contractual obligations, the Association will submit a financial report on the intended use of the approved funds, along with supporting documentation. The final deadline for submitting the financial report is 31 December 2025.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continues to actively monitor project implementation in the field, with the aim of ensuring transparent and responsible use of public funds, as well as providing support to youth through high-quality and meaningful programmes.
