Bjanka Alajbegović, Senior Advisor for Performing Arts, Film, and Music, visited the Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Sarajevo on 3 November 2025, as part of the Action Plan for visits to beneficiaries of funds. The purpose of the visit was to review documentation related to the implementation of the project titled “Production of books in techniques for the blind and visually impaired (Braille, audio, and digital format), exchange with similar cultural institutions in the region, and enrichment of the book collection in ten branch departments in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” which was supported through the Transfer for Institutions of Science and Culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the amount of BAM 15,000.00.

In 2025, the Library represented the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 1st International Literary Festival in Podgorica. Additionally, two books by blind authors Ibrahim Milovanović Brajkan and Nijaz Veladžić Veljon were published, and thanks to volunteers, the Library’s book collection continues to grow.

The beneficiary will submit a financial report on the purposeful use of funds, along with supporting documentation, no later than 31 December 2025.
