As part of the Action Plan for visits to funds beneficiaries, the expert adviser for publishing, art, library and archival activities in the Culture Division, Marko Francešević, visited the beneficiary JU Mess Sarajevo on 28 December 2025 with the aim of inspecting the documentation related to the realization of the project “65 International Theater Festival MESS”, which is supported by the Transfer for Culture of importance to the FBiH.

It was established that the user had implemented the mentioned project completely according to the plan as stated in the application. The user has presented complete material and proof of all performances and the complete program held. The user prepares a financial report, and presented invoices and promotional material on the spot.
