As a part of the Action Plan for Visits to the Beneficiaries of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Head of the Department for Institutions and Associations in the Field of Culture in the Sector for Culture, Sanja Arnautović, conducted a field inspection at the Cinema Video Club “Amater” in Široki Brijeg on 15 October 2025.

The aim of the inspection was to inspect the documentation related to the implementation of the “26th Mediterranean Film Festival” project, co-financed by the Ministry.

It was determined that the project was completed on 11 October 2025, and during the inspection, the beneficiary submitted a part of the documentation related to promotional material and implemented programme activities.

Financial documentation could not be enclosed at the time of the inspection, since the project had just been concluded, and the beneficiary will submit the completed documentation, including a narrative and financial report on the implementation of the project, to the Ministry by 31 December 2025.

This activity is a part of the Ministry’s regular supervisory activities aimed at monitoring the implementation of co-financed projects, ensuring transparency and the intended use of budget funds.
