Tidža Mekić, Head of the Department for Publishing, Librarianship, Fine Arts, Music and Performing Arts in the Culture Division, visited on 3 October 2025 the Sarajevo Philharmonic Orchestra , within the Action Plan of visits to funds beneficiaries, with the aim of reviewing the documentation regarding the implementation of the projects: “Improvement of the Implementation of the Programme Activities in 2025” and “HALLOWEEN SYMPHONIC 2025”.

The designated expenditure of approved funds for the project “Improvement of the Implementation of the Programme Activities in 2025” was reviewed and it was determined that the project was ongoing and lasted from February to December 2025. In the previous period, contracts were prepared and were being implemented according to the activities plan. The funds will be spent in accordance with the signed Contract. The user is obliged to submit the report on the intended use of funds to the Ministry no later than 31 December 2025.

An overview of the intended use of approved funds for the HALLOWEEN SYMPHONIC 2025 project was carried out and it was determined that preparations for the realisation of the project had begun. The project will be implemented in the period from 25 to 31 October 2025. The approved funds will be spent in accordance with the signed Agreement, and the report on the intended use of the funds will be submitted after the end of the project.
