As a part of the Action Plan for Visits to the Beneficiaries of Funds by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Head of the Department for Institutions and Associations in the Field of Culture in the Sector for Culture, Sanja Arnautović, conducted a field inspection at the Public Institution Croatian Cultural Center Široki Brijeg on 15 October 2025.

The aim of the inspection was to inspect the documentation related to the implementation of the project “Croatian Cultural Center – a Place of Meeting and Art”, co-financed through the Transfer for Institutions of Culture and Science of Importance for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the inspection, the beneficiary submitted for inspection a part of the documentation related to the implemented programme activities and promotional materials, prepared in accordance with the contractual obligations and the project plan.

Financial documentation will be submitted subsequently, along with a narrative and financial report that the beneficiary will submit to the Ministry by 31 December 2025.

This activity is a part of the Ministry’s regular supervisory activities aimed at monitoring the implementation of co-financed projects, ensuring transparency and the intended use of budget funds, and improving cooperation with cultural institutions in the Federation of BiH.
