On Wednesday 12 February 2025, a meeting was held in the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports with the President of the Music Education Centre “Lege Artis” from Tuzla Jasmin Hasić. On behalf of the Ministry, the meeting was attended by the Head of the Department for Institutions and Associations in the Field of Culture, Sanja Arnautović and Head of the Department for Publishing, Library, Art, Music and Stage Activities, Tidža Mekić.

The representatives of the Ministry welcomed Mr. Hasić and expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and concluded that they expected good and constructive future cooperation between the Ministry and the “Lege Artis” Centre.

The President of the Centre presented the programmes of the upcoming tenth anniversary of “Lege Artis International Choir Championship” with a special emphasis on the significance of this cultural and cultural-touristic manifestation, which was recognised as one of the high-quality and well-attended choral music festivals in the region.

The International Choir Championship “Lege Artis Tuzla 2025” is a festival of competitive, educational nature for polyphonic choir ensembles, established by GUD “Lege Artis” Tuzla.  Every year, the festival gathers numerous professional and amateur choral ensembles from the region and Europe with over 800 participants. Among the participants are eminent professors from Academies of Music from the entire region and from Europe as lecturers and jury members.
