On 1 April 2026, the Federal Minister of Culture and Sports signed the Agreement on the Implementation of the CAF Model (Common Framework for Quality Management), making this ministry the first federal ministry to introduce this model in its work.

The agreement was signed by the director of the Agency, Refik Begić, in front of the FBiH Civil Service Agency.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the FBiH Civil Service Agency, assistant director Samra Ljuca and employee Amina Bajraktarević, while the minister’s assistant Jasna Mavrić was also present in front of the Ministry.

The introduction of the CAF model represents an important step forward in improving the quality of work, efficiency and transparency, as well as additional harmonization with modern European standards in public administration.
