In the Festival publication, the organizers of the 45th Theatre Games of BiH in Jajce extended special thanks to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports—led by Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević—for supporting the realization of this year’s edition of one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s most significant theatre festivals.

In his introductory remarks, Festival Director Fikret Čančar highlighted that the Theatre Games have endured for years thanks to the support of institutions and the community, specifically emphasizing the contribution of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, which provided financial backing for the Festival again this year.

“Central Bosnia Canton regularly supports the Festival, though there is always room for improvement—much like the excellent example set this year by Minister Sanja Vlaisavljević and the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports. We thank them all for their support,” the Festival publication stated.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports recognizes the significance of the Jajce Theatre Games as an event that, for decades, has served as a vital gathering place for theatre artists, a platform for promoting cultural creativity, and a driver for the development of theatre arts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Such acknowledgments underscore the importance of continuous support for cultural projects that enrich the cultural life of local communities and contribute to the preservation and development of the cultural scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Ministry will continue to support programs and events that promote art, creativity, and cultural values, and enhance citizens’ access to culture throughout the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
