A meeting of representatives of the Ministry was held at the premises of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports with Nadina Hodžić, who addressed the BiaVis Organizing Team on behalf of the initiative for the improvement and development of fencing as a sports discipline in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The meeting was attended by Marko Komšić and Denis Jovanovski on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, who discussed with the representative of the Organizing Team the possibilities of developing fencing, strengthening institutional support for this sports discipline, as well as future projects aimed at promoting and popularizing fencing among young people.

During the meeting, the importance of creating a better foundation for the development of fencing in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was emphasized, with a special emphasis on the inclusion of children and young people in sports activities, the organization of competitions, the education of professional staff, and the strengthening of cooperation between sports organizations and institutions.

The representative of the BiaVis Organizational Team presented plans and activities aimed at affirming fencing as an attractive and promising sports discipline and introduced the Ministry representatives to the challenges and needs they face in the further work and development of this sport.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continues to support initiatives that contribute to the development and promotion of sports in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, recognizing the importance of investing in diverse sports disciplines and creating better conditions for young athletes and sports teams.
