Professional supervision, conducted on 30 October 2026, determined that the construction works for the addition to the building on Hiseta Street are being carried out in accordance with the project documentation, specifically the “Main Project for the Addition to ‘The Place’ Commercial Building in Sarajevo”, prepared by the Sarajevo-based studio “URBING” d.o.o., upon which the building permit was granted.

The works in question involve the addition of one floor to the existing building, which currently consists of a ground floor plus two additional levels (P+P+2). The existing roof cornice serves as a vertical demarcation line between the original, restored structure and the new addition, which is designed in a modern style.

During a working meeting, it was agreed that fiber-cement panels would be used for the facade of the addition, with mirrored panels serving as the final exterior cladding.
