As part of the action plan for visiting recipients of approved funds, Marjan Rajić, a professional associate in the Culture Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a field visit to Ilijaš on 8 September 2026. During the visit, he oversaw the implementation of the “Ilijaš Days 2026” project, which is supported by funding from the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.

During the field visit, the progress of project activities to date was reviewed. It was determined that, by the time of the visit, the activity involving the rental of the public address (PA) system and audio equipment—as outlined in the project plan—had been completed.

The recipient presented photographic documentation of the completed activity during the visit; this documentation, along with other required materials, is to be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports together with the financial report on project implementation.

It was also noted that the recipient possesses its own premises where it operates and carries out its programmatic and project activities.
The recipient will submit the complete narrative and financial report on the implementation of the “Ilijaš Days 2026” project, including all relevant documentation, to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in accordance with contractual obligations and established deadlines.
