As part of the implementation of the action plan for visiting recipients of funds awarded by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Marjan Rajić, a professional associate in the Culture Sector, conducted a site visit on 8 September 2026, to the Association for the Promotion and Development of Cultural Activities “Studio Teatar” Zenica. During the visit, the implementation of the project “10th International Theater Festival – Studio Teatar Summer Evenings 2026” was monitored.

During the visit, discussions were held with representatives of the recipient organization, and the implementation of project activities was reviewed. Based on the information presented and the review conducted, it was determined that the activities envisaged by the project—specifically those related to holding the 10th International Theater Festival – Studio Teatar Summer Evenings—were fully implemented.

To verify how the approved funds were utilized, the recipient presented bank statements and invoices related to the implementation of project activities. This documentation forms part of the records that the recipient will submit along with the final financial report.

The site visit also confirmed that the Association for the Promotion and Development of Cultural Activities “Studio Teatar” Zenica possesses its own premises where it conducts its operations and carries out programmatic and other activities.
In conclusion, the field monitoring confirmed that the project activities within the scope of the 10th International Theater Festival – Studio Teatar Summer Evenings 2026 were successfully implemented. During the visit, the beneficiary presented relevant financial documentation, including bank statements and invoices, and, upon fulfillment of all project obligations, will submit a comprehensive project implementation report along with the supporting documentation to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.
