As part of the implementation of the Action Plan for visiting recipients of funds approved by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Marjan Rajić, a professional associate in the Culture Sector, conducted a field visit in Visoko on 8 September 2026. The visit concerned the implementation of the “Days of Zaim Muzaferija” project, carried out by the ARS TRAGOVI Association.
During the field visit, discussions were held and a review was conducted of the activities undertaken to date and the documentation related to the project’s implementation. It was reported that the project’s programmatic activities had not yet commenced and that the start of these activities was scheduled for 26 November 2026.
To provide insight into the applicant’s past operations, catalogs of events and programmatic activities carried out previously were presented for review. A transaction account statement was also presented, showing that, as of the date of the field visit, no funds related to the implementation of the project in question had been disbursed.
During the visit, the applicant stated that the organization does not possess its own premises for operations and is registered at the specific address solely for the purpose of receiving mail.
Since the project’s programmatic activities had not yet begun at the time of the field visit, a final assessment of the project’s implementation can only be made after the planned activities have been carried out and all documentation regarding their implementation has been submitted. In conclusion, a site visit established that the program activities for the “Dani Zaima Muzaferije” project have not yet commenced and that the main project activities are scheduled to begin on 26 November 2026. The applicant will submit the comprehensive project implementation report to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in accordance with contractual obligations.
