As part of the implementation of the Action Plan for visits to beneficiaries of approved funding from the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, on 17 September 2026, Marjan Rajić, Professional Associate within the Ministry’s Culture Sector, visited the “FANI” Association for the Promotion of Culture with the aim of reviewing the current status and implementation of the project “Theatrical and Competition Programme and Production of the 12th FEDU.”

During the visit, the beneficiary informed the Ministry representative that the project had been implemented between 6 and 12 May 2026. As part of the project, a competition and theatre programme was carried out, divided into four programme areas: theatre arts, literature, visual arts, and music.

Project programme documentation, biographies of participants, and photographic documentation from the workshops were presented for review. An examination of the submitted materials confirmed the continuity of project implementation. Furthermore, the photographic documentation demonstrated exceptional attendance at the workshops and a high level of interest among participants in the programme activities that were delivered.

In conclusion, based on the field visit and the documentation presented, it can be established that the project “Theatrical and Competition Programme and Production of the 12th FEDU” was successfully implemented through several programme areas. The beneficiary presented relevant programme and photographic documentation supporting the activities carried out.

The complete narrative and financial report, together with the corresponding financial documentation, will be submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in accordance with contractual obligations and the prescribed deadlines.
