As part of the Action Plan for visits to beneficiaries of approved funding, Marko Frančešević, Professional Associate within the Culture Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, visited the “Stari Hrast” Cultural and Artistic Society from Novi Travnik.

The purpose of the visit was to review the documentation and activities related to the implementation of the project “Days of Folk Heritage – September Gatherings”, which was supported through funding provided by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports.

Representatives of the Society familiarized the Ministry’s representative with the organization’s work and previous activities, as well as the successful implementation of the project.

As the project had been fully completed by the date of the visit, the Society’s representatives presented a comprehensive collection of promotional materials, photographs from the event, and media coverage documenting the project activities.

The project was implemented successfully and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The complete project report will be submitted within the prescribed reporting period.
