As part of the Action Plan of visits to the beneficiaries of the the budget funds, the expert advisor for Olympic and Paralympic sports Semira Dommar, from the Sports Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, visited the Paralympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 September 2026 in their premises in Sarajevo.

The aim of the visit was to inspect the documentation related to the implementation of the program supported in accordance with the Decision on the adoption of the Program of expenditure of funds with criteria for the allocation of funds of the Program “Development and affirmation of sports and sports activities and support and promotion of young people”, current transfers to non-profit organizations from “Transfers for sports of importance for the Federation”, for the program “Co-financing of program activities of the Paralympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2026”, in the total amount of 150,000.00 KM.

The user planned to spend the mentioned funds to ensure the participation of Bosnian athletes with disabilities in qualifying competitions, as well as to ensure adequate conditions for the implementation of the preparatory cycle, with the aim of achieving high placements in qualifying competitions and acquiring the conditions for placement at the Los Angeles Paralympic Games in 2028.

During the visit, an inspection was made of the relevant user documentation related to the implementation of the approved program and the intended use of the allocated funds.
