The sixth edition of the International Puppet Art Festival (FLUM), organized by the Mostar Puppet Theatre, officially opened in Mostar on Monday, September 21, 2026. The festival kicked off with the premiere of the host theatre’s new production, “Alone in the World” (Sam na svijetu).

This year’s FLUM brings together puppet theatre troupes and artists from several countries, reaffirming Mostar’s importance as a place of encounter, exchange, and friendship.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports continuously supports projects that contribute to the development and promotion of cultural diversity, international cooperation, and the strengthening of artistic creativity. Support for festivals like FLUM underscores the Ministry’s commitment to building bridges of friendship and understanding through culture.
