The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina has submitted to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports an invitation from the Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade (ARICE) for the award of 40 scholarships to foreign citizens for studying in Romania in the academic year 2026/2027.

The deadline for submitting applications is from May 11 to June 12, 2026, until 2:00 p.m.

Applications are submitted exclusively in electronic format (PDF) to the e-mail address: burse2026@arice.gov.ro.

Original documentation will be presented to the educational institutions where the candidates will study, exclusively by the selected candidates.

The ARICE Selection Committee, appointed in accordance with legal procedures, will evaluate the applications based on the submitted documentation, no later than September 15, 2026. The results of this selection phase will be published on the official ARICE website in the “Scholarships” section: https://arice.gov.ro/.

The final decision on the award of scholarships will be made by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research, in accordance with its own selection criteria. The final results will be published on the ARICE website, and the selected candidates will be notified of the results by e-mail.

The Romanian Ministry of Education and Research, through the Directorate General for International Relations and European Affairs, will issue acceptance letters or enrollment orders, as appropriate, before the start of the 2026/2027 academic year.

IMPORTANT: Incomplete applications, as well as applications submitted after the deadline, i.e. after 14:00 on June 12, 2026, will not be considered.
