On 28 April 2026, a workshop was held dedicated to improving the role of RIA contact points in federal ministries, organized by the FBiH Government Office for legislation and compliance with EU regulations, and in cooperation with SIGMA.

The workshop was organized as a continuation of previously held round tables with RIA contact points, with the aim of considering their role, as well as the possibility of strengthening the mandate and authority within the ministries.

The program included two sessions: the first was dedicated to the functions, tools and processes used by RIA contact points in institutions, while the second was focused on options for improving their role by strengthening the institutional position.

The workshop was attended by RIA contact points from federal ministries, involved in the drafting of legislation and the assessment of the impact of regulations. On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, Ivona Trboglav, expert adviser for labor-legal relations, participated in the workshop.
