The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports informs interested students and young professionals about the open scholarship program of the Government of Colombia for 2026, which is implemented through the Colombian Institute for Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX).

The program is intended for candidates who want to improve their Spanish language skills, specialize or pursue a graduate (master’s) degree in Colombia.

The scholarship covers tuition, health insurance, visa costs, monthly living expenses and administrative costs of the stay.

The application deadline is June 5, 2026, and applications are submitted online through the ICETEX platform.
