On 29 July , an inspection of the works was carried out, and on 30 July 2026, a coordination meeting was held, where current issues related to the execution of restoration and conservation works on the building and further implementation of activities on the northern and western facades were considered.

During the meeting, an overview of all the restoration and conservation works carried out in the previous period on the northern and western facades of the building was performed. Representatives of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments inspected the restored and painted surfaces and concluded that the works were carried out in accordance with the previously agreed conservation guidelines. The installed consoles on the northern facade were approved for the continuation of the final painting, while the previously painted surfaces were inspected and approved without objections. At the same time, guidelines were given for the continuation of the painting work on the remaining parts of the facade, in order to ensure a uniform finish on the entire facade.

The meeting also discussed and agreed solutions for the continuation of the restoration of certain architectural elements. Special attention was paid to the restoration of the entrance door on the western facade, and guidelines were defined for the further execution of the works.

The way to restore the original fences with balustrades on the western facade, which were subsequently bricked up, was also considered. It was agreed to restore the original architectural elements in accordance with historical documentation and conservation guidelines, which will contribute to preserving the authentic appearance and cultural-historical values ​​of the building.

It was established that the restoration and conservation works are progressing according to the planned dynamics and that all activities are carried out in accordance with the project documentation, conservation guidelines and rules of the profession.
