Marjan Rajić, a professional associate for cultural associations at the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, conducted a site visit to the “Eko kultura” Association in Vareš—a recipient of funding from the Ministry—to assess the status and implementation of the approved project, “10th Pekijada.”

During the visit, the beneficiary reported that the project had been fully implemented and completed. To verify the activities carried out, the beneficiary presented original posters, participant lists, website posts, and other promotional and supporting materials documenting the project’s execution.

A review of the presented documentation confirmed that the project activities had been carried out and that the project was implemented in accordance with the planned scope.

As the project is fully complete, the beneficiary is required, in accordance with contractual obligations, to submit a narrative and financial report, along with the relevant documentation, to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports within the established deadline.

In conclusion, the site visit and review of the presented documentation confirmed that the “10th Pekijada” project by the “Eko kultura” Association, Vareš, has been fully implemented. The beneficiary has presented relevant materials confirming the implementation of project activities, while the final administrative and financial verification will be conducted following the submission of the complete narrative and financial report, in accordance with contractual obligations.
