Dear organizers,

I send my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the opening of the memorial room dedicated to Ismet Mujezinović, one of the most important artists of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s fine arts, whose creativity left an indelible mark on the cultural history of our country.

The opening of this memorial space represents a valuable contribution to the preservation of cultural heritage and the permanent nurturing of the memory of an artist whose oeuvre, creative dedication and social involvement marked an important period of our art scene. The memorial room will allow visitors to get to know Mujezinović’s life and work in more detail and will be a place of learning, inspiration and dialogue about the importance of art in shaping cultural identity.

Such projects confirm our common responsibility to preserve the memory of prominent creators and to make their legacy available to current and future generations. Investing in the preservation of cultural memory is simultaneously an investment in the future of culture and society as a whole.
