thank you for the invitation to the Neum Underwater Film Festival 2026, which will take place from 27 to 29 August 2026.

The Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports is proud to support this project, because the Festival, with its content and international character, contributes to the development and visibility of the cultural and film scene of Bosnia and Herzegovina. I especially appreciate your efforts in bringing together authors, young creators, experts and audiences, which creates a unique space for the exchange of ideas and experiences.

I am sure that this important international underwater film festival will again this year offer a rich program that connects film art, the underwater world, ecology, education and international cultural cooperation and once again confirm its value and strength in connecting art and community.
