The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina has informed the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports that, within the framework of the Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies – CEEPUS IV, a Call has been opened for the application of networks wishing to register activities for the academic year 2027/2028.
The Call is open to all higher education institutions that have expressed their intention to participate in the CEEPUS Programme and are listed among institutions meeting the criteria. They may join an existing or new network as members, or opt to create a new network to be managed in the capacity of network coordinator.
Network applications are submitted via the official CEEPUS Programme platform www.ceepus.info, and the application procedure is carried out by the main coordinator of the CEEPUS network, or by one of the member institutions or its appointed local coordinator.
In the case of re-application, i.e. application for the extension of network activities, previously entered data and documents are automatically copied, including the network number and name, all partner institutions with contact details, as well as network documents of all members. All other fields of the application must be updated manually.
Newly established networks or networks applying after a period of inactivity must enter data and new documentation of all members into the network application, given that the forms have been modified due to the transition into the fourth programme phase.
A CEEPUS IV network must include at least five higher education institutions from five different countries, and within the new programme phase new categories of mobility are available, including network meetings and mobility of university staff.
The deadline for submitting CEEPUS IV network applications is 30 November 2026, while the deadline for uploading required documents into the online network application is 15 December 2026.
Detailed information and instructions for network applications are available to registered local coordinators on their dashboards at www.ceepus.info, as well as in the Guidelines for CEEPUS IV Network Applications: https://www.ceepus.info/files/2026/guideline_NW_applicationround.pdf.
During the open Call, the Central CEEPUS Office in Vienna will organize online consultations and workshops for CEEPUS network coordinators via the Zoom platform: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86312161500?pwd=VUJKbVloMWQwb2xKdTZxWWpnM1FUdz09, on 29 October 2026 at 15:00 and on 7 November 2026 at 10:00, while weekly consultation sessions, starting from 27 October, will be held on Thursdays at 10:00, with the possibility of scheduling private sessions upon request.
