As part of the Action Plan for visits to grant beneficiaries, Vladimir Podany, an officer of the Culture Sector of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, visited the Association for Social, Cultural and Creative Development “Zora” from Zenica on 18 September 2026 for the purpose of monitoring the intended use of funds allocated for the implementation of the project “Garden of Dreams.”

The “Garden of Dreams” project is a cultural and creative initiative that, through a variety of programme activities, provides a platform for artistic and creative expression, brings participants together, and promotes cultural and social creativity.

During the monitoring visit, it was established that the “Garden of Dreams” project had been fully implemented within the contractual timeframe. All planned project activities were carried out in accordance with the approved programme plan.

The preparation of the narrative and financial reports on project implementation is currently underway. The beneficiary will submit these reports to the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports in accordance with contractual obligations, no later than 31 December 2026. Preparation of the project’s media evaluation is also in progress.

During the visit, an inspection was conducted of the promotional and publicity materials relating to the completed project and its implemented activities.

Through its programme content, the “Garden of Dreams” project contributes to the development of cultural and creative expression, encourages artistic engagement, enriches the cultural offer, and creates opportunities for participation and collaboration among various stakeholders in cultural and social life.
